Banana Raw Cacao Ice Cream

Yields – 4 bowsl of Banana Ice Cream
Rawbite Pairing – RAWBITE Raw Cacao
​Ingredients
4 ripe bananas
4 teaspoons honey
​2 RawBite Raw Cacao bars

​Method
1. Choose 4 very ripe bananas and slice them in to rounds.
2. Line a baking pan with greaseproof paper and add the banana slices next to each other
Repeat the process making as many layers as necessary.
3. Cover the baking pan with a plastic wrap and freeze for 10 to 12 hours.
4. When ready, remove for freezer and transfer immediately to a food processor and beat until you create mixture like wet sand.
5. Add the honey and beat for few more minutes.
6. The ice cream is ready when it has become smooth.
7. Chop up 2 RawBite Raw Cacao Bars and add them into the banana ice cream. Beat just to distribute.
8. Serve into 4 bowls and enjoy!

Avocado Pudding

Chocolate vegan avocado pudding

With no hint of avocado flavor, this pudding tastes like any chocolate pudding you 've ever had, but probably better! And, because of the ingredients, it’s vegan, gluten-free, + has lots of heart-healthy benefits.
​
Yields – 2 bowsl of Avocado Pudding
Rawbite Pairing – RAWBITE Peanut
​
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, peeled and quartered
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup coconut milk
​1 Rawbite Peanut thinly sliced

Method
Put avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup and coconut milk in your high-speed blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Scoop out mixture into serving bowls, top with Rawbite and enjoy!

Vanilla Berries chia seeds pudding

​No cooking needed! The pudding is a mixture of chia seeds, coconut milk and vanilla extract that is chilled overnight and makes a great cold breakfast that will keep you energized for many hours!

Yields – 1 bowl of Chia Seed Pudding
Rawbite Pairing – RAWBITE Vanilla Berries
Ingredients 
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- ¼ banana sliced
- blueberries
- ½ RAWBITE Vanilla Berries thinly sliced

Method
1. Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla extract, salt and into a bowl.
2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight so that the mixture can chill and become firm.
3. When serving add banana, blueberries, and RAWBITE.
